About The Position
Butler Ford is seeking a reliable Maintenance/Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for their customers and staff. This role is essential in ensuring the dealership, service areas, and offices are consistently well-kept and presentable.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good time management and reliability
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures
Nice To Haves
- Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, showroom floors, and customer waiting areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness in service bays and garage areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials
- Perform minor maintenance tasks (light bulb replacement, basic repairs, etc.)
- Monitor building for safety hazards and report any maintenance issues
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or outdoor upkeep as needed
