About The Position

This is a full-time, temporary janitorial role located in a chemical refinery in Channahon or Lemont, IL, with the potential to become permanent. The position involves maintaining multiple buildings and providing janitorial services for the client. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with an hourly rate of $18.00.

Requirements

• Must be able to complete a client specific background check.
• Complete a safety class specific to a chemical refinery
• Must be able to complete a federal regulated drug test (marijuana included)
• Able to follow safety instructions and comply with all safety regulations on site.
• Must have a goods standing driving record.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge.
• Dusting and disinfect equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc...
• Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
• Cleaning of windows in conference rooms and management offices, etc...
• Stoking of supplies throughout the office.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
