About The Position

In this role you will maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine. Pay Rate $19.00 per hour Perform general repairs and maintenance Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Solid knowledge of basic plumbing and carpentry Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident. Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean
- Good communication skills and can take direction from others
- Knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals
- Solid knowledge of basic plumbing and carpentry
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
