About The Position

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other facility areas are kept clean and orderly in compliance with industry hygiene and safety requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Physical stamina: able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a noisy, dusty, or temperature-variable environment.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to be on your feet for multiple hours a day
Ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
Job requires walking, carrying, reaching, sitting, standing, use of hands (pushing/pulling)

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break rooms regularly.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in office and production areas.
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to protocols.
Clean and maintain entryways, hallways, and stairwells.
Clean interior windows and other glass surfaces.
Wipe down machinery exteriors and equipment as directed (non-technical).
Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.
Notify supervisors of any facility damage, unsafe conditions, or repair needs.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Operate floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment as needed.
Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly in accordance with SDS guidelines.
Assist with basic pest control measures and spill clean-up when required.
