What You'll Do as a janitor: Perform a variety of routine, unskilled and semi-skilled janitorial work while maintaining the assigned location(s) clean. What You'll Need to Be Successful: High school diploma or GED 1 year of prior experience working as a Janitor is preferred or any combination of education and training which demonstrates the knowledge and experience to perform the work.
