Our commercial cleaners are responsible for cleaning a large retail building, corporate office, and other buildings on the grounds after hours. The task includes the following but not limited to, dusting the displays in multiple areas throughout the building, bathrooms, garbage removal, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, waxing, and stripping floors. Responsibilities

General cleaning of the various buildings including:
Sweeping, washing, stripping, and waxing floors
Emptying trash
Clean and vacuum carpets
Cleaning doors and windows
Dusting
Maintaining restrooms-daily
Emptying recyclables
Make recommendations for repair and improvements to buildings, grounds, and equipment
Determines appropriate cleaning materials, supplies, tools, and equipment need to accomplish job
General cleaning of all other areas for which staff is responsible for
Ensure that Company property and equipment is properly handled and maintained
