About The Position

ATTN Prior Tyson Workers: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment POSITION SUMMARY: · The Operations Sanitation cleans and sanitizes food processing equipment or other related environmental surfaces in conformance to company standards and applicable health laws.

Requirements

• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a cold, wet, and humid environment.
• Must observe all required hygiene & safety procedures at all times.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Job requires repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, turning and reaching high and low levels frequently.

Responsibilities

• Remove all product and materials from assigned area.
• Clean production processing areas according to established company and USDA standards.
• Climb to scrub high places and bend or squat to scrub low places.
• Hold and operate high pressure water hoses for periods of time.
• Replace sanitation materials in proper places when finished.
• This team member must be lock out tag out trained (training will be provided upon hire).
