About The Position

Kocher + Beck USA, L.P., a manufacturer in Lenexa, KS, is seeking candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, clean, climate controlled production environment. The company is looking to hire a detail-oriented person with good multi-tasking skills to maintain the building to specific cleaning specifications. The employee will work closely with the team to prioritize and manage the day-to-day, week-to-week cleaning routine.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented person with good multi-tasking skills
• Proficient knowledge of cleaning equipment and agents
• Must be able to work independently
• Resilient to cleaning agents and chemicals
• Schedule flexibility will be needed based on special routine tasks

Responsibilities

• Conduct general and detailed cleaning throughout the building including restrooms and break areas
• Keeping building free from indoor pests
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
• Complete cleaning schedule timely and to cleaning standards
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Waxing furniture and cleaning fixtures
• Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles
• Work with chemicals, cleaning materials
• Operate vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, floor scrubber
