About The Position

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Gather and empty trash.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Report to work on time and adheres to lunch and break schedules
Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to use basic measurement tools
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to differentiate colors
• Ability to work in hot or cold temperature climates for extended periods
• Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Must use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms
• Ability and willingness to change job functions at a moment's notice
