About The Position
Looking for reliable candidates with integrity, excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to withstand the physical demands of the position (continuous walking, bending, lifting, and reaching). Fulfills contractual requirements by maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, employees, staff, and the public; minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure. Work will be accomplished in a safe and productive manner following all OSHA standards. Work is performed during the day hours, Monday through Friday, in order to meet Government and/or Commercial Contract Specifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education preferred.
- Based on the contract we service, it stipulates filling this position with a person having a disability which can be proven with proper medical documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
