About The Position

Rosauers Supermarkets is opening a new location this June and is seeking enthusiastic team members to join their pre-opening team. This role offers the opportunity for training before the store opens and involvement in the initial store setup to ensure an exceptional customer experience from day one. Rosauers Supermarkets aims to foster a local community of food enthusiasts by providing fresh ingredients and a wide selection of groceries, while curating memorable shopping experiences through their dedicated team.

Requirements

Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
Able to use basic cleaning equipment

Responsibilities

General cleaning and sanitization of each department while keeping them maintained and in good condition.
Clean and supply designated areas and equipment (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, etc.)
Sweep, mop and sanitize floors.
Scrub, wash and sanitize walls and sinks.
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Notify store management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
