About The Position

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Janitor to join their team. This role is responsible for performing general cleaning duties to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Key tasks include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude and appearance, be initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Requirements

• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• Work well when supervisors are not present
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment
• Able to have reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Cleaning and stock restrooms
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock

Benefits

• Full-Time
• Pay rate $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
• Hours: 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm, 2nd shift 2pm - 10:30pm, 3rd shift - Floor tech,10pm - 6:30am (Monday- Friday, Nights and Weekends)
