Previous floor maintenance experience preferred (carpet cleaning) At least one year of housekeeping experience General Summary: The Janitor/Porter is responsible for major floor care projects and trash disposal.

Responsibilities
- Maintains floors and carpets within Community.
- Picks up and removes trash.
- Housekeeping duties as needed.
