About The Position
Factory Direct Marine & RV's Greenwave Service Plaza Sunoco Gas Station is seeking a Janitor/Maintenance Person. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying busy throughout the year. The Janitor/Maintenance role involves a variety of custodial and maintenance duties to ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities include custodial tasks for the large showroom, hallways, offices, and other areas, which encompass sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, changing wastebaskets, cleaning sinks and toilets, and maintaining coffee/food stations. Additionally, the role requires performing maintenance work such as painting, changing lightbulbs, hanging signage, and watering plants. The job necessitates climbing ladders and some heavy lifting, making it suitable for physically capable individuals. Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment, including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
