About The Position
Seeking part-time janitor/floor tech to clean carpets, strip floors, wash windows and perform pressure washing at commercial buildings in the Sacramento Region. Some janitor duties including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, etc. Feel part of a team that values your contribution.
Requirements
- Commercial floor and carpet care experience
- Employment references
- Clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
- Ability to stand
- Walk
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Reach with hands and arms
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
