Building Maintenance Staff will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through overall repair and facility maintenance, grounds upkeep. Beginners are welcome - while knowledge of maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed. Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas, including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attend
• Performs other duties as required.
