We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Janitor and Facilities Maintenance employee to join our team. This role combines cleaning responsibilities with support for facility management tasks, ensuring our work environment remains organized, clean, and efficient. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to assist with various tasks to maintain a productive workplace.

Requirements

Prior experience in facilities maintenance and janitorial work preferred.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to demonstrate and/or provide references showing trustworthiness and a strong work ethic.
Availability to work Saturdays when needed.
Must pass a background check.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine deep cleaning tasks with the assistance of a team to ensure a clean, safe, organized and welcoming environment.
Supply Management: Restock and organize office and cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring that all areas are well-equipped.
Furniture and Equipment Management: Assist with moving equipment and office furniture. Assist with set up and take down of tables and chairs for internal events.
Vendor Coordination: Guide vendors and routine maintenance companies to the appropriate building areas for their scheduled services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to support various operational needs.
Expected Monday through Friday
Other duties as assigned.
