About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. Obtaining and maintaining the appropriate Security Clearance is required to access the primary worksite. This process can be lengthy and will be discussed during the initial interview. Everyone is encouraged to apply, and CW staff will assist throughout the entire process. No experience is necessary, and training will be provided to ensure confidence in the role. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Start the day by checking in with the supervisor and teammates, reviewing the cleaning schedule and tasks for the day.
• Gather cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to keep spaces spotless and safe.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners, recycling responsibly.
• Clean restrooms, restock supplies, and sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene standards.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and vents.
• Wipe down windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
• Spot-clean walls and remove stains or marks.
• Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every space is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Restock cleaning carts, report maintenance issues, and communicate with the supervisor about site-specific notes or concerns.
• Return equipment and supplies to the storage area at the end of the day.
