Requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs general janitorial duties in apartments and commons areas as directed by the Director of EVS.
• Maintains floors and carpets within the Independent Living.
• Responsible for picking up and removal of trash from assigned areas.
• Follows cleaning and deep cleaning schedules and performs annual cleanings as a part of the weekly cleaning schedule.
• Attends to emergencies while following safety procedures.
• Responsible for work orders for scheduled functions, e.g., tables and chairs.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the Director of EVS.
