Position Summary... What you'll do... Job Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties for common and office areas throughout the facility, including bathrooms and windows. Complete daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and emptying trash bins. Handle minor maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and reporting major maintenance issues to management. Follow safety procedures to ensure the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ensure common areas are free from hazards, such as wet floors and cluttered walkways. Receive Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements. Inspect common areas to identify damages or repairs needed and report issues to management or team members. Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment. Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely. Report any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately. Actively participate in safety trainings and drills. Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents and support continuous safety improvements. Demonstrate awareness of surroundings to ensure personal and team safety. Successfully accomplish work assignments and prioritize tasks by utilizing policies and available resources. Collaborate effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Communicate progress and relevant information, and actively suggest ways to address improvement opportunities. Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn from change, difficulties, and feedback. The hourly wage range for this position is $20.80 - $26.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
