Digital Intelligence Planner (Americas Packs) What will you do? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Planning & Analytics, this role will be responsible for forecasting eCommerce demand and providing the analytical work necessary to continuously improve the consumer digital experience through data driven decisions. This individual will work closely with the Customer Engagement and Planning teams, while collaborating with eCommerce, digital marketing, digital wholesale and marketplace team members to aggregate data from multiple sources and turn it into actionable data that the business can use.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a retail analytics role with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Passionate about driving online sales while working collaboratively across multiple teams and channels.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to multi-task and initiate projects, while working independently with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Experience with tools including, but not limited to: Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Tableau, Alteryx, Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and appetite to learn new system.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a way that is understandable for business stakeholders.
  • Proven success identifying and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute weekly sales performance reports including insights, recommended actions to optimize business.
  • Own weekly demand forecasts for all metrics and channels, using trend, promotional cadence and historical data.
  • Provide weekly breakdowns of KPIs and MPs to team.
  • Own monthly updates and revisions for financial reporting including site, marketplaces and wholesale digital accounts.
  • Develop understanding of all Packs shopping trends through analysis of customer journey and site analytics to build framework for KPI forecasting.
  • Assist and provide ad hoc data requests from team regarding site and marketplace performance.
  • Provide reporting that supports a holistic cross-channel view of the customer to better understand consumer behaviors and uses insights to identify potential consumers and retain existing consumers.
  • Help with consumer segmentation and collaborate with marketing in utilizing consumer segments.
  • Informs loyalty program opportunities.
  • Enhance relevancy of communications and offers.
  • Manage evolution of digital analytics product implementation and tagging: Google analytics, Quantum Metrics, Power BI, SAP and Shopify.
  • Collaborate with individual channel leads (digital marketing and marketplace managers) to create monthly forecast assumptions for total ecommerce channel.
  • Communicate planning methodologies, strategies and assumptions to Kipling team and senior leadership.
  • Partner with retail team to identify omni-channel areas of opportunity including product category or geographic area.
  • Drive insights that inform conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, identifying actionable levers to improve customer engagement and site outcomes.
  • Identify risks and/or opportunities in forecasts based on current business and market trends and present findings and recommendations to team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current reporting and develop new dashboards that answer key business questions according to the specific needs of channel partners.
  • Continuously evolve analytics processes, reporting tools, and best practices to scale insights.
  • Advocate for analytics-driven decision making across cross-functional team.

  • Annual salary range of $74,800.00 - $93,500.00.
