About The Position
Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casino Associate for our Cash Magic location in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This part-time position is integral to our operations, providing a welcoming and engaging environment for our guests. The Casino Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the casino, ensuring that all areas are presentable and inviting. This role also involves safeguarding cash and stock, accurately reporting sales, and managing inventory effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Casino Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our guests. You will be tasked with various responsibilities, including cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring that the casino remains attractive and well-maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for accurately recording all sales and completing shift reports in accordance with company standards. Additionally, you will handle merchandise receipts and invoices to maximize inventory control, and you will be expected to brew coffee and replenish the fountain drink machine daily.
