Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
  • 1 year of court, bond, and/or legal experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelors, or Associates degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing the needs of prospective clients and linking them to the appropriate resources.
  • Assist prospective clients via phone, and email with questions and concerns.
  • Act as liaison between court, bond company and the firm.
  • Enter prospective clients into the case management system and maintain file.
  • Collect/request, review, organize, identify key/important information.
  • Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure appointments are calendared.
  • Help with phone and reception duties as needed.
  • Overtime hours are available.
