Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- 1 year of court, bond, and/or legal experience is preferred but not required.
- Bachelors, or Associates degree is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assessing the needs of prospective clients and linking them to the appropriate resources.
- Assist prospective clients via phone, and email with questions and concerns.
- Act as liaison between court, bond company and the firm.
- Enter prospective clients into the case management system and maintain file.
- Collect/request, review, organize, identify key/important information.
- Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance.
- Ensure appointments are calendared.
- Help with phone and reception duties as needed.
- Overtime hours are available.
