As a Jail Alternatives Manager, you will manage a specific caseload of clients, ensuring they are attending their check-ins, meetings, appointments, and court dates. You will ensure compliance with court requirements, drug/alcohol monitoring and/or testing, and connecting them to other service providers in the community. You are also responsible for reporting violations to the court and will be responsible for corresponding with court officials on client progress. As a JAM at Beta, we believe to best work as a team all staff should be cross trained in all areas to make sure we can support other team members, regardless of their position. The Beta team is guided by a skilled and dedicated Director of Community Services, whose background in clinical therapy and leadership brings a thoughtful, team-centered approach to our work. Her expertise in both management and therapeutic practices supports a strong, collaborative environment focused on community impact. The Beta team prides themselves on providing excellent service to clients, while working together to ensure all Alternatives team members and clients are taken care of. Beta is a high paced environment with a multitude of different services and clients seen throughout the day.
