About The Position

We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership. The position will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, and other daily duties. The candidate should be a self-starter, be able to work without constant supervision, make effective use of their time, maintain a professional appearance, and have attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration or customer service preferred.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, visitors, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with a friendly and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Previous Ulti-line switchboard experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills (if applicable) may be preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a dealership is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Answer incoming phone calls from multi-line phone system and route them to the appropriate person or department, or take messages as needed.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers and callers regarding dealership services, hours of operation, and other inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including ensuring that reading materials and promotional materials are stocked and displayed neatly.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and providing on-site support.
  • Follow dealership policies and procedures, including safety protocols and confidentiality guidelines, in all aspects of receptionist duties.
