About The Position

The Aurora R-VIII School District is seeking applicants for the position of JAG Specialist for the 2026-27 school year. This is a 9-month position that requires an educator experienced in developing and implementing project-based and life experience education, school-to-work transition, career guidance, and postgraduate follow up. The educator is expected to meet local, state, and national performance outcomes by providing students with the following opportunities: job skills, career guidance, academic remediation, and post-secondary planning. This full-time JAG position will be split between the high school and junior high levels. Benefits include Board-paid health insurance stipend, paid sick/personal leave days, and a cafeteria plan.
