About The Position

The Team Member at Jack in the Box is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service, high-quality food, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment. This role involves performing various workstations in accordance with company standards and guest expectations, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

Requirements

• Previous guest service or food preparation experience is helpful.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of another language may be required based on location.
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and order accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift and lift 15-25 lbs.
