About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a floor jack and obtain a jack driver's license.
• Ability to walk the duration of the shift and find all parts of the plant.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Ability to follow directions and have knowledge of cooler rotation.
• Ability to follow safety rules and work unsupervised.
• Maintain a good attitude and be team oriented.
• Use of proper PPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a floor jack and obtain a jack driver's license.
• Set up the line and bring product to the line.
• Take out condemned product and perform all other jobs assigned by supervisor.
• Walk the duration of the shift and find all parts of the plant.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Follow directions and have knowledge of cooler rotation.
• Follow safety rules and work unsupervised.
• Maintain a good attitude and be team oriented.
• Use proper PPE.
