About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant at J Resort plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and senior management team by managing correspondence, scheduling, and office operations. Requirements

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Adaptability to other software as needed.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Independent self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration preferred, with additional experience considered in lieu of education.
  • Possession of a valid Nevada Gaming License.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a hospitality or gaming environment.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Carries out correspondence duties and maintains the General Manager's calendar.
  • Prepares reports of meetings, conferences, and similar proceedings.
  • Acts as a liaison with members of the senior management team.
  • Receives, tracks, and monitors all guest-related feedback and coordinates proper follow-up from Senior Management.
  • Carries out specific projects and research as necessary.
  • Coordinates office activities and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintains office systems and processes.
  • Receives and distributes incoming mail, prioritizing items for the General Manager/Assistant General Manager.
  • Assists with travel arrangements for executives.
  • Organizes and plans meetings.
