As a Private Client Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will provide client service, operational marketing and administrative support to Private Client Advisors within Wealth Management. In this role, you will support Advisors' book of business including but not limited to facilitating accurately and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades. You will aid the Advisors by building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information. Additionally, you will assist the Advisors with ongoing wealth planning for clients and referral source management and new lead generation. You will also be responsible for managing relationship and account reviews, promoting firm services to deepen client relationships, and preparing timely and accurate performance reports. Active engagement in Risk Management is crucial, including Know Your Customer procedures, Account Reviews, and Inquiries. You will support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements, which include the completion of required operational forms and documentation. Prioritizing daily work, tracking progress for current work, and consistently meeting deadlines will be essential to your success in this role. Furthermore, maintaining and fostering a team culture is a key aspect of your responsibilities.
