About The Position

ASML is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support operations on a Compressed Work Week Days 1 (CWW D1) schedule. This role involves assembling, integrating, and qualifying complex technical products in a clean room environment, ensuring adherence to established specifications and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The technician will work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve production issues and support the transition of new products into volume production.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills with various software, including mechanical/mechatronic testing software, SAP, and Lab View systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical parts using precision tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
• Experience working according to strict procedures within timelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ISO 9001/14001 standards.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate and qualify technical products according to established specifications.

• Observe and report ongoing problems during assembly and collaborate with teams for solutions.
• Manufacture and deliver complex systems following established procedures.
• Track work completed and communicate effectively across shifts.

• Execute plans and activities as assigned by area leader.
• Support colleagues in training processes and departmental goals.
