About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IVR Tester who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The IVR Tester will be responsible for testing interactive voice response (IVR) systems to ensure they function correctly, meet quality standards, and provide a seamless experience for Spanish-speaking customers. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our IVR systems, which are essential for customer interactions in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, particularly in IVR systems, and will be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The IVR Tester will be involved in various stages of the testing process, including creating test plans and test cases, executing tests, and documenting results. The candidate will work closely with developers and other team members to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the IVR system. Additionally, the tester will monitor and analyze IVR system performance metrics and provide feedback and recommendations for improving system functionality. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the IVR system meets business needs is also a key aspect of this role. A good knowledge of functional and IVR testing processes and tools, including defect lifecycle management, is essential. The candidate should have a sound understanding of Agile methodology and prior experience working in Scrum teams. Familiarity with the banking domain and prior experience in IVR project execution will be beneficial. Knowledge of Selenium automation scripting is required to debug script issues and rerun regression tests as necessary.
