About The Position
A hands-on role directly responsible for the design and maintenance of our Ivanti IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. This role will help enforce ITIL-based framework standards and ensure smooth operation of Ivanti's ITSM software to enable appropriate workflow, reporting, and automation. Will also be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and engagement of work being delivered from internal and external partners involved in delivery of our mission. The ideal candidate will need to be able to interface and evangelize the capabilities and functionality of ITSM to solve complex business problems to further integrate our toolsets and drive automation.
