DMI, LLC is seeking an ITSM / Tool Administrator to join us. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides technical ownership of the IT Service Management platform used across all service delivery functions, ensuring operational integrity, reporting accuracy, and user enablement. Administer and configure the program’s ITSM platform (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, or BMC). Manage user accounts, workflows, automations, and integration scripts. Support reporting and dashboard generation for SLA and KPI tracking. Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with IT security standards. Coordinate with DMI’s MyServe integration team for ongoing enhancements.
