About The Position

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the migration of ITSM services from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, Release and Change Management, and some experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools.

Requirements

  • Strong Project Management experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on Release and Change Management.
  • Some Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools.
  • Proven ability to manage ITSM migrations and tool implementations.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support teams during the transition.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the migration of ITSM services (Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request, and CMDB) from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the client base (development teams).
  • Provide training sessions and handholding support to teams to prepare them for the shift to the new ServiceNow instance.
  • Assist in testing the new ServiceNow tool to ensure processes are correctly implemented.
  • Work closely with the Organization Central Management (OCM) stream to align migration activities with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of migration activities and changes.
