About The Position
The ITSM Lead will be responsible for leading activities related to IT infrastructure and service management, ensuring compliance with internal IT controls. This role involves IT service management and IT risk management audit experience, implementing best practices, and performing IT audit testing with a focus on identifying adherence to current IT controls. The ITSM Lead will also suggest new controls to meet industry standards and develop comprehensive and well-documented audit reports to support findings, conclusions, and issue identification. Additionally, the position requires conducting detailed data analysis leveraging existing controls and collaborating with other teams to assess and improve data controls and governance frameworks. A key responsibility will be to establish a process that can be re-utilized across all departments.
