Responsibilities

• Deliver best-practice data management, analysis, and reporting solutions as part of an Agile-aligned team.
• Engage with users to capture scope and understand their strategic goals for reporting solutions.
• Design and deliver analysis/reporting solutions to end users, ensuring they can leverage data and analytics effectively.
• Provide ongoing support for solutions, including incident resolution and bug fixes.
• Utilize multiple ServiceNow functions/modules to create dynamic analytics dashboards and reporting functions for end users.
• Take personal responsibility for the quality of individual deliverables and contribute to the quality assurance of team outputs.
• Support key projects and programs critical to the success of the wider team.
