Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee day-to-day operations of ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes. Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding ServiceNow and ITSM services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with business objectives Communicate performance metrics, service health, and improvement plans to leadership
