About The Position

We have an immediate long-term contract need for a ITSM Administrator or Analyst to work on a hybrid basis in Wilmington, MA. The project involves replacing Sharewell as their ITSM tool and moving onto another Ivanti platform, Ivanti Neurons (ITSM). The role will involve working with infrastructure and the business, as anyone in the company (14K employees) can submit a ticket. Typically, they see 1500 tickets/day with system requests since it's more corporate submitting technical problems rather than those in the field.

Requirements

• Experience with ITSM Tools and service management platform
• Understanding of asset management and discovery
• Experience as an Ivanti Administrator or ServiceNow Administrator
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
• Ability to set up integrations, like APIs
• Proficiency in SQL and running queries

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure (build form, put form out there, create workflows), put on teams, classifications (admin work)
• Customize modules for incident, problem, change
• Integrate with other systems
• Administer user access
• Create new forms based on business requests
• Conduct training on the new Ivanti tool
• Stay current on ITSM
