About The Position
ITS Student Hardware Consultant A Hardware consultant assists the campus community with technology issues including hardware and software. Opportunities exist for advancement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware issue Assist with maintenance of campus lab computers, administrative computers, and printers Assist with inventory of computers on campus Participate and contribute to staff meetings Remain current on recent computer hardware issues and practices Provide peer training as needed
