The ITOM Functional Consultant will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing Service Asset & Configuration Management solutions within ServiceNow. This role requires a strong understanding of CMDB integrity and the ability to implement and manage integrations with other systems, ensuring effective support for ITSM processes. The consultant will also be involved in documentation and best practices for updating CI data, as well as executing ServiceNow Discovery deployments.
