The ITM Service Specialist is the face the bank. The ITM Service Team Member is responsible for a quick and customer friendly response in a manner that is consistent with the customer service focus of Pinnacle Bank. The employee will support the bank's strategic goals, vision, mission, core values, service standards and service philosophy in actions, words and deeds.
