We are seeking detail-oriented, creative, and client-focused individuals to join our team as Itinerary Specialists. In this role, you will design customized travel itineraries based on clientsâ preferences, budgets, and destinations of interest. You will collaborate with our team to ensure all aspects of the itineraryâfrom transportation to accommodations and activitiesâare well-organized and tailored to the clientâs needs.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
- Interest in travel and creating memorable client experiences
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gather travel details, preferences, and expectations
- Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create well-rounded itineraries
- Organize trip details including transportation, lodging, excursions, and special requests
- Provide clear, easy-to-follow itineraries for clients prior to departure
- Update and adjust itineraries as needed to accommodate changes
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communication
