About The Position
As a Release & Deployment Management Analyst, you will be part of a team focused on delivering releases to our clients. This may include implementation, post-implementation and ongoing production support releases to meet the operational needs once a client is considered Business as Usual (BAU). The Release & Deployment Management Analyst will be client-focused and may be client facing while building a trusted relationship with the client, enhancing client satisfaction and delivering high quality releases with stability and reliability. The Release & Deployment Management Analyst will collaborate with project or production support business analysts, development, QA and other technical teams in order to manage the full life cycle of releases.
