The Item Processing Specialist I is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational functions of the Branch Capture department while providing leadership, guidance, and support to Branch Capture staff regarding issues and/or procedural changes that may arise. Additional duties include analyzing reports, developing and maintaining production reports and provide training and support to retail branch offices while performing testing and training on all operational systems. This position ensures that production and quality standards are met, while maintaining optimum efficiency. This position is eligible for a shift differential.
