Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
  • 8 years' experience as an IT Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government.
  • Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
  • Knowledge of application packaging and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Citrix Profile Management.
  • General Windows OS and Active Directory knowledge.
  • Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and optimize the Citrix environment.
  • Emphasize software deployment, application virtualization, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with a team of IT professionals resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and enforce security protocols for secure, multi-party capabilities.
  • Collect requirements for data centers from various users across the Intelligence Community.
  • Contribute to monitoring, sustainment, and process improvement of implemented capabilities.
