About The Position
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and connections of all Idaho Central Credit Union's Training Systems including Salesforce, DNA, Consumer Central, and CCM systems. This Information Technology Training Systems admin will work closely with the Training Department as well as the IT teams responsible for these technical systems to ensure connections are stable, tested, reconnected after refreshments and upgrades and help with tests to ensure all pieces of the connections are properly restored and functioning.
