IT Training Specialist, Tech Enablement & Adoption | Temporary FT & Onsite
About The Position
We’re looking for a dynamic Learning and Development professional with 4+ years of experience driving training, enablement, and technology adoption initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can build end to end learning experiences, combining engaging content, video, and live facilitation to support business and system rollouts. The ideal candidate brings hands on expertise with tools like Camtasia and Articulate, or similar platforms, along with strong presentation skills across both in person and virtual environments. You’re comfortable partnering cross functionally with subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating complex processes into clear, user friendly training. Experience within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharma, especially in regulated environments, is a plus. Familiarity with learning management systems, instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, and emerging technologies like Generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude will set you apart.

Responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience in training, learning & development, enablement, or technology adoption roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build training content end-to-end (documents + videos + live sessions).
- Hands-on experience with training content tools such as: Camtasia Articulate Rise/Storyline (or equivalent) Learning content creation platforms and video editing tools
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills (in-person and virtual).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with SMEs and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent writing and content organization skills (ability to simplify complex processes).
- Personal and/or Professional experience leveraging Generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, CoPilot, Claude, etc
- Experience supporting technology rollouts in Life Sciences / Biotech / Pharma.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP awareness helpful, not required).
- Experience with LMS platforms and/or training administration.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, agile learning, etc.).
