About The Position
Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. Air Squared offers exciting career opportunities working on projects including NASA MOXIE, Leading Electric and Autonomous Vehicle OEM, DOE Clean Energy initiatives ranging from nuclear fusion and the Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-e), and other cutting-edge projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, assist in implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure, and contribute to ongoing IT projects and process improvements. Reporting directly to the IT Administrator, you will play a critical role in day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting user onboarding/offboarding, writing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, and participating in both routine maintenance and strategic IT initiatives.
