Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with multitasking proficiency under tight deadlines.
• Independent worker with effective teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Access to reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch connectivity and deploy routers to keep our network pulse strong.
• Tackle the "Big Four" (Computer, Phone, Email, Printer) via our ticketing system, ensuring no glitch slows us down.
• Assemble high-performance workstations for new team members and master the rollout of critical software.
• Manage system access, reset passwords, and serve as the first line of defense by spotting and reporting cybersecurity threats.
